Outdoor sessions are regularly held at locations around the North East. We also have access to athletic facilities, such as swimming pools, assault courses, sprint tracks and gymnastic centres, should your training needs require it. Grind Hard Fitness believes diversity and the ability to be athletically proficient in several areas, defines your performance and fitness level.
